How can I manually send a form to a customer in Optios?

In Optios, you can create a form (questionnaire) or survey for your customer database. Surveys not only generate personalized feedback but can also be used as intake forms for your client history. While collecting the right information from your client using an intake form can be automated, you can also send a form manually to a specific customer if desired.

  1. Navigate to the customer profile of the desired client.

  2. Click on the 'Forms' tab within the customer profile.

  3. Press the 'Add Form' button to associate a new form.

  4. Choose the form you wish to send to the customer.

  5. Choose the sending method, You have the following options to send the form:

    • Open in New Tab: Copy the URL of the form and send it via email, SMS, or other communication methods to the customer.

    • Generate QR Code: Generate a QR code that the customer can scan in the salon to access the form directly.
