How can I ensure that only existing customers make appointments online (customer stop)?

Allow online booking only for existing customers. If you have a customer stop, you can apply the following steps.

How do I set the customer stop?

  1. Go to Setting > Calendar > Online appointments

  2. You tick "Only existing customers can book".

  3. Do not forget to click on "Save"

How does the customer get to see our customer stop?

When customers want to book an online appointment, they first have to enter their email address. Optios checks whether that email address is already known in the customer database.

  • Does the client have appointment(history) in their client file?
    The customer can start booking an online appointment.

  • Does the client nog have appointment(history)
    The customer receives a friendly message that only existing customers can book online.
