How do I set the customer stop?
- Go to Setting > Calendar > Online appointments
- You tick "Only existing customers can book".
- Do not forget to click on "Save"
How does the customer get to see our customer stop?
When customers want to book an online appointment, they first have to enter their email address. Optios checks whether that email address is already known in the customer database.
- Is the e-mail address known ?
The customer can start booking an online appointment.
- Is the e-mail address not known?
The customer receives a friendly message that only existing customers can book online.
