How do I personalize the image for "No Preferred employee"?

Set a custom image for the “No Preferred Staff Member” option to ensure this choice also matches the look and feel of your business.

When customers book an appointment online, they can choose either a specific staff member or the “No Preferred Staff Member” option. To better align this choice with your brand identity, you can assign a custom image to it. For example, you can use:

  • A photo of your entire team

  • Your business logo

  • An image of your salon, practice, or company

  • Any image that matches your brand style

This gives the “No Preferred Staff Member” option a personalized appearance that fits your business.


Upload a custom image

  1. Go to Calendar Settings.

  2. Navigate to Online Booking.

  3. Find the setting “Online appointments allow no preference selection.”

  4. Make sure this setting is enabled. Once enabled, you will see the option “Your custom “No preference” image.”

  5. Upload an image.

  6. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

This image will be displayed when customers choose No Preferred Staff Member while booking online.


Remove the image

If needed, you can remove the image later.

  1. Go to Calendar Settings.

  2. Navigate to Online Booking.

  3. Find the setting “Your custom “No preference” image.”

  4. Click Delete Image.

  5. Click Save at the bottom of the page. ❗️
