How can only one staff member be assigned per client for an online appointment (no splitting)?

Don't want treatments (services) within one appointment to be split among different staff members? You can configure this as follows:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click on Calendar in the settings panel

  3. Go to the Advanced calendar settings

  4. In the bottom left, choose Free Moment Finder

  5. At the bottom, enable the option: "Only one staff member per client for an online appointment"

  6. Click on Save online booking

  7. Go to the Basic calendar settings

  8. Disable the option: "Assign a preferred staff member per treatment in online booking"

  9. Click Save at the bottom


ATTENTION
Make sure that the knowledge is properly configured for each employee!
