How to figure out how a customer booked?

Would you like to know how a customer made his booking?

You can easily find this yourself in the following way:

  • If the appointment in the calendar does not have a globe icon 🌏, it means that the appointment was manually scheduled by you or by a collaborator.

  • If the appointment was made online (globe on the appointment), you can search the history via Customers > Find the customer > Communications.

  • You can also open the confirmation email by tapping the magnifying glass, and view the date and time in the email content.
