The second step is to add services to your account.

Step 1: Go to Settings > Services

Step 2: Add new category

All treatments (= services) are divided into categories. - Click on "Create new category" - Choose a name & possibly a photo for that category

Step 3: Add new service

  • Click on the new category to open it

  • Click on "Add new service"

Step 4: Fill in the details of the service

  • Name of the service

  • (optional) Description of the service

  • Duration = the time that the employee is actually occupied with the shift

  • Waiting time = the time an employee is not busy and can help another customer

  • Price (enter the price incl. VAT)

  • Select a VAT percentage

  • Choose whether or not a preferred employee can be selected by the customer for this service via the online booking

  • Choose whether this service can be booked online or not
