I cannot upload a photo in the marketing campaign. What size can the file / photo be?

You can add a photo to an (automatic) marketing as long as it is:

  • A file type that is "photo format", which means: pgn or jpg, jpeg.
    You cannot upload PDF documents.

  • The file should not be larger than 20MB
