Where can I find the logbook of all e-mails that have been sent to my customers?
Go to Customers
Click on the customer
Click on "Notifications"
Under "Notifications" you get an overview of all emails & text messages sent to the customer. That is the email confirmation, email reminder, feedback email, no-show email, SMS confirmation & SMS reminder.
