You can decide to refund the customer's online advance.
Note: Mollie also charges you a transaction fee for refunds❗
You can (automatically) refund an online deposit in 2 ways:
In the customer file
In the calendar
Via the customer file
Via the customer file you can pay directly via the tab "deposits".
Click on the 'refund deposit' button.
The button will change to the comment 'Refund pending'.
It can take up to 10 working days for Mollie to process the refund.
Via the calendar
Go to calendar and click on the appointment to open it.
At the bottom you will see a 'No show' button.
Click 'No Show'.
Choose 'refund'.
Confirm
In the customer file itself you will now also see 'Refund pending'.
It can take up to 10 working days for Mollie to process the refund.
What happens in the daily receipts?
If an advance is repaid, the amount of the advance will also be deducted from the daily receipts. A deposit is included in the daily receipts at the time of payment.
