Are you going to change your opening hours in the future? Adjust this immediately in your agenda so that the online booking does not go wrong!

Will your timetable change in the future? If you work with online booking, it is best to set this up in advance, as customers can book in the future.

1. Adjust your working hours via:

  • settings

  • users

  • working hours

Attention: you have to place blocks in the agenda (point 3) = block opening hours at times when you will no longer work in the next work schedule.

2. add exceptional working hours = add opening hours when you are otherwise closed/not available online.

  • Settings

  • Users

  • Click on a user

  • Click on "Exceptional working hours"

  • Click on "Create"

Add the new extra hours. Example: In the future, will you still be working every Monday after 4 pm? Then add the extra evening hours every Monday.

3. Placing blocks in the agenda = block opening hours at times when you will no longer work in the next work schedule.

  • agenda

  • Select a time

  • Click on "Block" at the top

  • Choose the category: Away, break, vacation, ...

  • Click on "Save"

If necessary, you can have this block automatically repeated. Example: Will you no longer work on Thursday afternoons in the future? Then place a block every Thursday afternoon.

❗ ATTENTION! You should apply this for all employees (users) if necessary!❗

ATTENTION! Check carefully for how long your agenda is open on the online booking and take the transition time into account! Example: Does your timetable only change in August? If your agenda is open for 3 months, customers can already book an appointment for August in May. So be sure to adjust your agenda a few months in advance! And this for the entire period until you can permanently change your hours.
