It is possible to completely disable the online appointments module for customers. If you want customers to book with you online, it’s important to ensure that the online appointments module is active.
To activate the online appointments module:
Go to settings.
Click on the gear icon in the bottom left corner.
Click on 'Agenda' in the settings panel.
In the agenda settings, go to 'Online booking'.
Check the box for "Online appointments".
Scroll all the way down and click "Save" at the bottom.
Click "Test now" to ensure that the online booking feature has been activated.
Note: When online appointments are active, the website content will automatically change from "Book now by phone" to "Book now online".
