It is possible to receive an e-mail yourself for every online appointment. So that you can keep an overview and possibly check appointments that were booked online
If you do not receive an e-mail for appointments, check the following settings:
* Are your e-mail details filled in in your account information and is it correct?
1) Settings
2) Account
3) General
4) Enter email
5) Save
* Is it checked to send e-mails to the manager?
You can check this via:
1) Settings
2) Calendar
3) Online appointments
4) tick 'Send confirmation email to the manager'
5) Save
Is everything already set correctly? Then the e-mails are probably blocked by your spam filter. It is sufficient to appoint our e-mails as safe.
