Do you want customers to stop bothering you by phone to cancel their appointment?
Then you can allow customers to cancel online themselves. On the other hand, you probably don't want them to cancel the day itself.
That is why there is a solution within Optios, to set it up properly via
1. Settings
2. Calender
3. Online appointments
4. "Days clients can cancel before the appointment"
5. Adjust the number for example to 1
6. Press "Save" at the bottom
In this case that means; if the customer has an appointment on Friday, for example, the customer can no longer cancel this Thursday (1 day in advance). Wednesday the customer will be able to cancel online.
Tip:
You don't want your customers to be able to cancel an appointment ?
The higher you set the number of days, the harder it will be to cancel
Eg: If you enter 365 days, they can only cancel an appointment if they made the appointment more than a year in advance
