How do I add an absence or holiday?

Want to add a leave on the calendar? Is there an employee who leaves on vacation? Someone is absent or sick for a certain period of time? You don't want an employee to be bookable online for a certain period of time? You can enter this per employee, as well as for the entire salon, of course.

You can easily set absences per employee via:
1. Settings
2. Absences
3. Select an employee
4. Click on "add absence"

5. Enter the start date and start time (!), as well as the end date and end time (!) of the absence period

6. Choose the "type" of absence (public holiday, sick leave, personal day off ...)

7. Click on save
8. The period of absence can now be requested per employee

You can easily set up a general salon closure via:
1. Settings
2. Absences
3. Select "general absences"
4. Click on "add absence"
5. Enter the desired leave period as described above.

Enter public holidays when the salon is closed:
1. Settings
2. Absences
3. Select "general absences"
4. Click on "add holiday"
5. Add holiday = enter holidays = salon closed
6. Indicate all public holidays when the salon is close
