The Belgian legislation on giftcards has changed since 01/01/2019.

Sales giftcard:
The voucher must now be immediately added to your daily receipts.
The amount is registered with the payment method used to purchase the voucher, eg cash, bancontact.
You will see 'giftcard OUT' separately in the next segment. This is because at the sale we do not know whether the voucher will be used for services or for products.

​Use giftcard:
If a customer now pays with a giftcard, this will be shown in the payment methods segment.
However, there is also a * displayed. Payment methods with a * are not included in the total amount.

❗ Exception: You have a multiple VAT system in your salon (eg 6% and 21%)
