You have just started Optios or will change brands. In that case you will have to add the products to Optios one by one. That seems to be quite a bit of work, but our central product database is not that bad.

The reason you have to add the products one by one is because you can immediately enter the correct stock numbers, but also the minimum and maximum stock values. If we import all the products of a certain brand at once, those data will be missing, which will lead to errors. In addition, after an import, you will have too many products in stock. Products that are not even present in the case. This makes it difficult to look up products and make up the inventory at the end of the financial year.

When you add the products one by one, you will see that after scanning the barcode of a product, the name, brand, category, etc. will automatically appear on the screen. All you have to do is fill in the stock number, minimum and maximum stock. This way you can add all products to the stock system fairly quickly.
