When the suppliers of your products adjust their prices, you will do a lot of work to re-enter them all in the software. It is important to keep the prices up-to-date so that they are sold at the right price at the checkout and appear correctly in the inventory report.

Because we know that this is extremely time-consuming for many users, we have built an incredible tool that can automatically adjust prices for you. This can be done as follows when you have Business Plus or higher:

1. Press "Products".
2. Press "Product changes"
3. Overflow the list and check that all changes may be applied
If the change is not correct or can not be applied, uncheck the checkbox.
4. If everything is alright, you can press "Accept all changes" at the bottom and all changes will be automatically applied to your inventory list.

Pay attention! Selling prices are often not released by the supplier for various reasons (eg legal reasons). This means that in some cases it is still necessary to adjust the sales prices manually.

Tip: If the price changes are not yet visible, send an e-mail to help@optios.net with the request to request the latest price list for your brand. Please include the name and contact details of your supplier.

Important:
When new price lists are forwarded, barcodes (EAN) must be sent.
When the program has to update prices in a local stock of an Optios account, it looks for the product a.d. the barcode and if the product is found with that barcode, the prices are adjusted. There is no other way to uniquely identify a product.
