Your customer comes back to your salon to report that they have inadvertently purchased the wrong product and would like to exchange it.
In the next video you will see the steps you take to correctly exchange the product so that the bill and stock are in order.
1st Step: The bill
1. Press cash register
2. Press log
3. Enter the date at the top of the original account
4. Click on view in the account
5. Remove the wrong product via the X behind the product.
6. Now insert the correct product.
7. Check whether there is a price difference with what the customer has paid.
8. If the customer has paid or received a refund, go back to the account in the logbook
9. Click on change in the account
10. Adjust the amount with the correct payment method.
11. Make a cash out/in entry on the cash register today if you have returned or received a payment, add the reason why to the entry. This way your register today will be correct.
2nd Step: The product.
1. Click on products icon
2. Click on the product search and first look for the product that was returned
3. Open the product and click on change
4. At "in stock" you will increase it by the number that was returned
5. Save
6. Now you go to the product that you gave to the customer and click on change
7. At "in stock" you will reduce it by the number that was sold
8. Save
