When a customer is going to pay, it can be useful to add or request specific customer data, such as adding a remark, comment or color formula. You can find the option to see a remark by clicking on "Remarks" at the top right of the bill in the cash register.
Important! Seeing remarks at the register is an option. You can easily set this option by clicking on:
1. Customers
2. Click on the pencil icon of the desired remark
3. Check the box "Visible at register"
4. Press "Save"
The register icon now appears in the comment, so this means it can be requested during checkout.
Now you can request the comment at the cash register and update it if necessary by clicking on the magnifying glass.
