You can find some symbols in your appointments on your calendar.
Their meanings:

Cake: The customer is celebrating his birthday. This could be the day of the appointment, but it can also be before or after (always check).

Exclamation mark: There is a note or comment in the appointment. This may have been added by the salon or the customer may have added a comment when booking online.

Globe: This appointment was made by the customer him/herself via the online booking module.

Open padlock: You will find a lock for every service in the agenda. No preferred person has been designated for the service and may therefore be placed on another employee.

Closed padlock: There was a preferred person designated by the customer to perform this service, so he cannot be placed on another employee.

Diamond: client sheet/appointment in the calendar: see at a glance who your best clients are according to what you have set up

New client! This client books for the first time.

Hammer. This represents a 'workshop' event.
