Do you wish to request an advance on services when they are booked online? This can be done very easily by linking a Mollie account to your ID. If you already have an account, you can of course use it to link to Optios. If you do not have an account, you can easily create one.

Please note: Mollie has some requirements for your website before they can approve payouts to you
* Iframes on the website are not accepted to go to the payment portal.
* An SSL certificate so that the site is in HTTPS
* The legal notices (company information and contact details)
* The sales/service terms and conditions
* Shipping and delivery policy if applicable (including delivery time, shipping method and return policy)

* Prices of the products/services you provide.

* A clear description of the products/services you want to provide with Mollie.

1. Settings
2. Online payments
3. Connect with Mollie

4. Click on "No account yet? Sign up"
5. Create an account

Once linked to Mollie, you will be able to determine how much advance you request per service.

1. Settings
2. Activities
3. Open category
4. Open the activity
5. Enter the required advance payment "deposit"
6. Save

When customers book a menu that includes this service, an advance will be requested automatically. Please note: do not make the advance bigger than the total sum of service / menu!

If the payment is not made on time by your customer:
* Your client has 1 hour to make the online payment or the appointment will be automatically deleted.
* After 15 minutes your client will receive a reminder with the link to the payment website.

Attention!
The customer pays Mollie, Mollie pays you according to the payment institutions that you enter in your Mollie account (eg 1x per week or 1x per month)

You cannot currently set up an online advance for a specific group of customers.
(only new customers for example)

To use the "online payments" module, it should of course be included in your subscription, this is not a standard option! Please contact us if you want to activate the module in your account.
