There are several options regarding choosing an employee:
- Possible to choose an employee (optional)
- Obligated to choose an employee (mandatory)
- Obligated to choose an employee per service (mandatory)
- Unable choose between employees
◼ If you want your customer to be able to indicate a preferred employee on the
online booking, follow the steps below:
1. Click on Settings
2. Activities
3. Use the icon to change the activity(s) for which you want to allow the choice
(click on the pencil)
4. Check "Is person selectable"
5. Click on "Save"
With this setting, the customer will be able to choose between employees online or simply select "no preference".
◼ If you want to obligate the customer to indicate a preferred employee on the
online booking:
1. Click on Settings
2. Activities
3. Use the icon to change the service(s) for which you want to allow the choice
(click on the pencil)
4. Check "Is person selectable" at the bottom right.
5. Click on "Save"
After this click on:
1. Settings
2. Calendar
3. Online appointments
4. Check the box "Preference for employee is required"
5. Save
◼ If you want to obligate the customer to indicate a preferred employee for each treatment on the online booking:
1. Click on Settings
2. Activities
3. Use the icon to change the service(s) for which you want to allow the choice
(click on the pencil)
4. Check "Is person selectable" at the bottom right.
5. Click on "Save"
After this:
1. Settings
2. Calendar
3. Online appointments
4. Check "Indicate a preferred employee for each treatment on online booking"
5. Save
❗ If you don't want the customer to be able to select an employee, follow the steps below:
1. Click on Settings
2. Activities
3. Use the icon to change the service (s) for which you don't want to allow the choice
(click on the pencil)
4. At the bottom right, uncheck "Is person selectable".
5. Click on "Save"
With this setting, the customer will NOT be able to choose between employees online. They only see possible free moments.
