Want to surprise your customers in December with a Christmas promotion or special offer? With the marketing module you can easily set up an email or SMS campaign. Follow the steps below and make your campaign stand out during this festive period! At the bottom of this article, you can download a nice header image that fits the Christmas period perfectly. Add it to your email campaign for a festive look.
💡 Tip: Make up your own fun text that describes your promotion, such as a link to your webshop or a specific service that customers can still book.
Roadmap: here's how to create a festive campaign
1.Go to the marketing module and choose a one-time campaign.
2.Name your campaignEnter the name of your campaign, for example, “Christmas Offer 2024,” and click Save.
3.Open the campaignClick the magnifying glass behind the campaign name.
4.Select your target group
5.By default, all customers are selected, but you can also apply filters.
For example, target women who have previously booked a treatment or service, such as eyelash extensions. Or anyone with a specific tag who bought a certain product this year (link to tags)
6.Click Apply Filter, then click Add Customers.
Want to remove or edit clients? Click the check mark next to the added customers or manually add a specific customer.
7.Compose the campaign
Add an image (preferably in jpg or png format). This image will appear at the bottom of the email.
Choose a catchy subject for your campaign. Note: you cannot send the campaign without a subject.
Write an attractive text, suitable for your campaign or offer.

Check your campaign :Check before you send
1.The type of campaign (email or text message).
2.The number of customers the campaign will be sent to.
3.Need to adjust anything else? Click Previous to go back.
Key points of interest
1.Logo: Your logo is displayed at the top of the email by default. You do not need to add it separately. You set your logo via Settings → Account → General.
2.Do not reply directly: The customer cannot reply directly to this email because it is sent from a server address. Clearly include your email address in the text if customers want to contact you.
3.Check the campaign yourself: Make sure your own email address is in your customer database, so you can receive and check the campaign yourself.
4.No GIFs: Animations are not currently supported and can cause errors. Rather, use static images.
